A lot of room for advance

Needs more diversity in all areas.

Voith has a reasonable management setup with US HR resources for US employees but is primarily based out of Germany. Voith has an accepting environment for US colleagues despite differing time zones. Voith has recently made strides towards connecting their custom application under a common technical management structure to create more of an eco-system which helps with spreading technical knowledge.

Some projects are overly complicated due to a high number of interdependent teams with separate objectives. Voith appears to be minimizing US based application development resources.
