Lots of flexibility in job allows for personal growth and achievement. Must be self directed and willing to search out support. Strong infrastructure. Some teams have amazing depth of knowledge, others a bit weak. Multiple locations in US, also in Europe.
Cons
Adjusting to new strategies, new platforms, new processes can result in headaches for all. Be prepared to battle in order to get projects down successfully and in a timely manner.
