The company culture is very fun and there are very nice people to work with. I liked being able to create my own schedule and was trusted to do my job on my own with checking in with my manager as needed. Going to shows was also fun.
Cons
The amount of saddles you have to sell a month to make a good commission is difficult at times and stressful to hit. I was told I was going to be making more as a base pay and the base pay isn't enough of a cushion when sales are hard to meet. Also no real room for advancement within the company.
