Good salary, little responsibility due to how the company is run

The management at Volven has no idea how an it product should should be designed, developed and delivered. It was the most chaotic experience in my career as a software developer. It was really stressful at first, til I realised there's no point to what we are doing. The product doesn't meet today's standards and I don't see a chance of it succeeding (that is, if it ever gets released to the public)

-great team and atmosphere -many opportunities to grow and develop new skills -great communication inside the teams -attractive compensation -fully remote

-if I have to point any, sometimes things changing too fast, but startup culture can be a plus and minus at once.
