Excellent, straightforward, comprehensive training program and learning modules to ramp up quickly. Management was reasonable and attentive. This likely comes with the territory, but a significant percentage of the target customer demographic are of the needlessly disrespectful, uncivil, infantile, entitled, and rich variety. They contrive conflict and attempt to pin it on the workers, or needlessly change their order after it has been obtained. It is child's play. Company policy says to never call the police unless they are a threat to safety, but they absolutely do disturb the peace and ruin the experience for others. It doesn't help that there is an expensive (not necessarily upscale in terms of class) drinking establishment in the same plaza.
