Pros

Got to meet with many customers, suppliers. Making lots of friendship.

Cons

Unbelievable turnover rate of talented people. If you are doing good and honest work, you will need to have a pass battles for that, some people will call you bad guy.., until they push you OUT of the company and they guard their comfort zone. Many unqualified and incompetent leaders that you can see in one place. And they go ahead with actions, destroys camaraderie, instill gossip, encourage dishonesty, and prevent people from speaking freely.

Pros

-Great product to sell customers. -Work life balance- managers seem flexible around employees schedules. -Despite my cons listed below, there are still quite a few peers that I enjoy working with on a day to day basis.

Cons

Compensation: Pay is mediocre to say the least, plenty of departments are being low balled compared to what the national average is for those particular job titles with other companies. Lack of training: Promises have been made to plenty of employees (past and current) who state that they will train their direct reports, however this doesn't happen at all. Instead they eliminate positions without performance improvement plans, coaching, or any other form of assisting team members to grow. Lack of Accountability: Most managers spend more time throwing blame at their direct reports instead of helping them assist with finding resolutions to problems. Barely anything gets truly resolved and in the end the client is the one who ends up paying for it. I have seen plenty of good employees be let go over the past several years and many of them where not even trained. It's easy to point fingers at employees who are no longer with us, however that does not resolve the issue(s) at hand instead it simply is another way to pass blame onto others. Upper Management Cliquish Lack of Diversity: Not much diversity within this company however I am hoping the coming years will change that.
