Unrealistic objectives and clueless managers - Product Manager Vostu Employee Review

Relaxed environment. I had great coworkers, from whom I learned a lot. Nice benefits and facilities.

Project management had some issues. The company's goals and projects were confusing. I wish different levels would have been involved or consulted during the devolpement of new projects.

I worked with a small team, but very productive and fast. We had skills that complimented each other and we were able to work well together. I learned different things from other teammates and gotten experience through working; all in all, things were fun, engaging, and great.

I hadn't had a chance to work at Vostu for very long due to the company's financial instability in the American department over in New York City. The group was small and the subsidiary company was still new, so we weren't able to yet discover our "footing" or "rhythm" by this point.
