It's like every other startup. There's a lot of talk about "hustle" and "being real," but when you get down to it, it's all about money and making the investors happy. The people who work there, no matter how many years they've put in, are a means to an end. Promises are never kept, and people will get fired a week after they get a bonus. Employees almost never receive a raise, even to keep pace with standard of living. As long as you like to gamble and are prepared to work hard with no promise of reward, you can thrive there.
