Consider working here if you are willing to make a LONG TERM INVESTMENT. You may not get paid as much as other companies up front, but you will be a part-owner of the company & you will be fully vested in 6 years. Stock values keep rising, so stay to reap the benefit of ownership.
Cons
You have to work. You have to come to work. The indoor temp will be 10 degrees worse than the temp outside. Aint that bad. You can survive this!
