      Pay is above minimum wage, that is about it. Benefits sub par, Expectations dont align with tools provided,

      Its a lot of talk versus actaul execution from upper management, they are to focus on number and money, not on the general worker and providing tools, also alot of intimidation tactics. Management needs an overhaul.

      Pros

      Prior to Standard Industries taking over, great place to work all around.

      Cons

      No hybrid/remote work, reduction in 401k contributions, several rounds of layoffs, promotions approved and never materialize (>6 month process). No one is empowered to make decisions, yet are held accountable for results.
