As someone who’s from Serbia, I am grateful for the fact that a high-niche company like W1tty is offering roles for people from different countries, including those in Eastern Europe. This gave me the opportunity to work with a seasoned team of pros who were keen on sharing their CRM-related experience that you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.
Cons
The language barrier was a bit difficult to plow through at first, but this is more of a personal hindrance rather than something inherent in the job.
