Pros

Festivals are taken seriously. So expect some macaroons on Republic Day, some chocolates on Women's Day (only one, mind you!), a few fun parties with Bollywood music and thandai on Holi. Also, the HR head is extremely motherly. so expect some nagging.

Cons

Bad ideas, bad execution, pride in those ideas, no flexibility, hardly creative. They underpay and expect you to work double the amount. Employee management is as bad as it gets. They are spiteful enough to jeopardize your future career growth, just to make a point. For people who want to work in a factory setting, this is ideal. But for people who actually want to do some good work and create a good portfolio, please stay away! Oh, and they have two separate bathrooms for women! One for the so-called VIP section (the three bosses) and a terrible one (where you can hardly sit) for the rest. If you are looking for respect. you will be sorely disappointed. Even the system of work is chaotic enough to frustrate the life out of you.

Pros

WAT is truly one of the best places you could work at because of the people who lead you. I was lucky to have supportive teams that not only allowed me growth, but encouraged me to put my ideas on the table and to execute them. At WAT you will definitely have the opportunity to work on award winning ideas with some brilliant minds that work there. Lastly, having the want to learn is encouraged, and if they think you have the ability, they will encourage you to lead projects to help you grow, which I truly enjoyed. These are the only reasons it gets a four star instead of anything less.

Cons

One of the biggest cons at WAT is the work-life balance. Once work from home was implemented, we were working for at least twelve hours a day. The scope to get personal time was little to nothing. The resources are very limited. Designers are over worked and supposed dedicated resources are also shared amongst other brands which makes it very hard to get your work done on time. Some clients are relentless. While it's understandable to accomodate the client and his wishes, there were some ridiculous clients who would make you work on a holiday just because they were. They had no sense of what a home life was, and would force the management to get unimportant work done, or would delay their timelines and then force us to complete their work on holidays to close content. But the problem was that the internal teams would never be able to say no, which would lead to us working every weekend for hours on end. For this, I would rate the company at 3 or even 2 starts.
