      Pros

      This was a volunteering role. Good for working on social work/counselling skills. You are assigned 1 family for at least 12 weeks.

      Cons

      You work with 1 family at a time. But also, maybe this may not be a negative thing because you get to build a stronger bond 1 family at a time.
