Small company so internal movement could be a problem

Food around the area is quite expensive as the area is full of financial institutions and consultancy firms. Difficult coworkers, not very helpful code reviews from senior staff which were mostly just being berated at. Very poor documentation for new starters to get up to speed. Dated desktops and monitors for staff. Most of the office was very dated, high cubicle walls so it's quite isolating. Some people enjoy this for privacy/focus, but it wasn't for me. Also was not shown this area during interview, I was only shown where the support team is located which had a more open plan to it. The kitchen is tiny and was always filthy, nowhere to eat lunch other than at your desk. I was never told during interview/hiring process that the development work is a mix of normal Java and Spring code and an old proprietary language they had for the LMS. Pretty much decided to leave the day I discovered this, as I didn't want to pigeon-hole myself. When handing in my notice I thought I would be allowed leave earlier than the notice period, but I was forced to be kept on for some reason. Twiddled my thumbs for most of it as there was no point in staff training someone who was leaving. Office may have been upgraded since I left in 2019, and maybe the proprietary language has been phased out by now, but I highly doubt it.
