      Pros

      nice offices, central location, free breakfast if you start way early, loads of friendly and talented employees, good perks

      Cons

      terrible management, terrible judgement based on prioritising personal favours rather than job well done or talent, extremely disorganised, most of the times managers don't even know what the hell is going on, not very good communication between different agencies and/or departments as well as LOADS of politics. very disappointing environment, i would not recommend.

      Entry level position for helpers.

      Cons

      Not enough education opportunities within the company to advance in the field. Its all about who you know not what you know. Employees who have family members are the ones getting transferred to the next job as well getting hired under titles such as "journeymen" when really they are just entry level helpers. Hourly pay changes when you get transferred to the next job. Went from making $24 an hour as a top helper to getting paid $20 at the next job. After 5 years left the company to wok somewhere better.
