Pros
Work is diverse - you get to work on social media writing, social advertising campaigns, blog writing for clients in real estate, hospitality, and FMCG It is a smaller entity but work is diverse so one has good opportunities to learn social media and digital advertising here. Good for someone who wants to gain experience in this field. For someone experienced, not sure if they have the propensity to pay as much (at least was not when I worked there). Situation could have changed now.
Cons
Company culture is not so great. Even if the team was just 10 people back when I worked there, the management was too unprofessional. Especially in terms of giving space to employees to work, they had cameras installed to monitor the employees and stood behind you while working on something. They are not very capable of making one understand a particular brief or explain feedback. Additionally, they lack consideration to fair pay. They hired 2-3 year experienced people and don't give a hike unless really asked for it. Even then, they keep delaying the hike process as much as they can. It is to be understood that a smaller company might have budgetary allocation problems considering how much business comes in every month. But when employees can see so many clients getting onboarded or being serviced every month, it is evident the business is going well. In that case, the 2 people (who basically are the management) are not even courteous enough to consider employee hikes. Since it is a small company, there are no processes in place or salary compensation structure. Hoping that has changed now.
