Culture gone down the drain. Backstabbings are common, throwing each other under the bus, unrealistic expectations, stealth layoffs, etc.
Little is done by management to figure out ways to grow & set a good direction -- so they focus on squeezing the employees for more output (as if us churning our more useless stuff is going to help you) so they can feel some semblance of control. I wouldn't work here.
