Pros
Co-workers are great. Company does care about the customer service.
Cons
Company does not invest any money into its employees. No training. Not many career opportunities. Very little flexibility on schedules, work/family balance. In their view employee is just a resource that can be easily replaced by another consultant (and they do have a lot of consultants on their billing rolls). Average pay with average benefits.
