      Diversity hiring has killed any chance of anyone of non color getting promoted. Unless you're an engineer that is.

      Teamwork is great Functional team working together environment A lots of Project to work on

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what each is doing. Which creates issues and infighting within the team functions. Long hours due to on call rotation.
