Pros
WEC had a flexible schedule and good benefits.
Cons
The initial onboarding training was just reading policies. Beyond that, you were already expected to know everything. There was not really any direct, hands-on training where you were shown how to use the tools on site for the job. Having worked with a SIEM or Vulnerability Management suite before is helpful, for example, but being punished for not knowing the intricacies of the new system you haven't seen before is not right. Management is also not honest with employees, often going behind your back to gossip about you with the rest of the club, and not giving you guidance to improve upon. If you are put on a PIP at this company, start applying elsewhere, because they're going to fire you 2/3rds of the way through it, no matter what you're doing to improve.
