well were do i even start! seemed like a great company to work for, owners seem like nice people, expanding company seemed like there was prospects to get a career with wed2b, offered management training programs, THAT WAS AT THE BEGINNING. staff turnover was absolutely terrible, store manager has less knowledge than sales advisors, Supervisors running the store while the manager pretends to know what she is doing, if you challenge or ask about something u become a target for her bullying and yes BULLYING! staff suffer with mental illness and basically ruining the reputation of the company. opportunities to progress in the store are not given fairly and upon experience but yet offered on the basis who they like (friends with the manager) the manager tried to get rid of members of staff to bring in her previous colleagues and friends, compatibility to the role was never took into consideration.
