Great benefits including medical, CTO, and four days a month required in office for hybrid employees. Many employees located in DMV have received permanent remote status, if requested, or relocated out of the area.
Cons
Lack of leadership and collaboration particularly at senior levels of management which filters down. Few opportunities to be promoted and high value staff are overworked and unrecognized. Negative balance of resources and ask by leaders in organization.
