2yI am happy to hear that you like our benefits, we really feel it is important to keep our employees healthy and strive to have generous benefit packages for our employees.
As we continue to grow, we understand that depending on location and department, each employee’s experience with management will be slightly different. We hear what you are saying regarding the lack of support and are actively working on new training initiatives for our managers.
