We appreciate this review - even if it came in a little hotter than our morning espresso. 🙂It’s clear you’ve had some intense experiences here, and while we don’t agree with everything said, we respect that your perspective comes from a place of passion for the work. Yes, our founder/CEO is hands-on, some might say “micromanaging,” others might say “deeply involved,” and brings a big personality to the table. He has been known to challenge, debate, and, on occasion, be a little too colorful in meetings. We’re not perfect, and we know creative chaos can sometimes spill over. But we can also say that the same drive that built this company and led it to deliver globally recognized projects is still very much alive. As for payroll hiccups and management transitions, we’ve weathered our share of storms similar to other startup-turned-global-innovators, and we’ve taken concrete steps to keep things running smoother and more transparently going forward. We’re incredibly proud of the brilliant, quirky and resilient team that continues to push boundaries here. Our door is always open to feedback.
