There is absolutely nothing good about this company
Cons
Taking money of your wages without warning for some sort of induction /training recovery when you try to leave ;
Contract issued not correct;
Management are not aware of employment regulations;
Only policies visible to all employees that are suitable for the company’s benefit;
Manual time sheets that anyone able to amend ;
No training or proper induction given so it feel like modern slavery where as an employee you have no rights
