As someone new to the engineering industry, I was welcomed immediately into the company with open arms and felt as if I could reach out to anyone at the whole company for advice, help, and any questions I may have as I start my engineering career!
Cons
Unfortunately overtime is pretty regular only due to continuously on-going projects with stacked deadlines and deliverables, but having lots of work and clients year-round yields more company profit as well!

Welcome to the profession! We’re thrilled to have you on the WGI team and with your comments regarding the warm welcome. Yes, you will work hard in private practice. As a young professional, you will adjust to the demands but if it ever gets to be too much, we want to know as soon as you start to feel uncomfortable.
Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.
Cons
Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
