      Small and Supportive staff. Clear dedication to assisting clients. Provide thorough and intensive training and shadowing of staff.

      Cons

      No reimbursement for parking or gas mileage for interns and volunteers.

      Pros

      Wonderful culture. Allow for skills development. Encourage creativity and innovation. WHW provides a wonderful work and life balance; they will not over work you and encourage outreach and networking with others/agencies.

      Cons

      Small team, so your help is needed in just about everywhere in the organization--so if you are a person that wants to be a specialist rather than a generalist, this is not for you. Also, if you have the "who's in charge of that" mentality, you will not be happy here.
