Pros

Theoretically, great idea to help employees of clients navigate their IVF/IUI/surrogacy benefits

Cons

It is so obvious to those of us who worked at WIN, that management is routinely submitting false, brief, five star, anonymous reviews ... be smart, filter the fraudulent reviews and choose wisely ... There is NO WORK LIFE BALANCE at WIN ... the CEO, the COO and others in executive management believe they OWN you 24/7/365 ... crazy executive expectations of availability, personal sacrifice and truthfulness to ensure continuity of operations, extreme/absurd cheapness in operations, business continuity and support ... the list goes on ... in 40 years of professional experience at mostly Fortune 50 companies, this was hands down the worst experience I've had ... My "replacement" quit within a few weeks and returned to his former employer ... I saved a major, headline client after working through the Christmas holidays and managed the analytics supporting a multifold increase in revenue and profits ... but because I wasn't willing to work avter hours whenever the micromanaging CEO wanted me to, I was "let go" (two days before my bonus was due) after I discovered and called management out for tracking my PERSONAL CELL USAGE (TEXT, CALLS and LOCATION!!??) via an app they required then called "BEACON" produced by VM Ware

Pros

The case managers, patient specialists, and customer support representatives are deeply empathetic professionals who step up to help one another navigate heavy, emotionally demanding daily workloads.

Cons

The baseline salary packages and raises are entirely out of touch with the high-stress, high-volume nature of coordinating patient care. Despite corporate milestones, there is a visible lack of investment back into the frontline staff actually doing the heavy lifting. Internal HR and support functions operate in a completely unhelpful, closed loop. Essential staff requests for basic scheduling flexibility are consistently denied, making the department incredibly difficult to collaborate with or trust when burnout peaks. Upper leadership focuses heavily on trivial administrative tracking and metric gatekeeping rather than providing structural support. Major operational changes and policy updates are regularly passed down with zero proactive explanation or clear guidelines, leaving customer-facing staff to constantly scramble under heavy scrutiny.
