Reluctantly awarding one star - Manager WISE Employee Review

However for a deeper insight, let's look at this section by section: Career Opportunities - I have awarded one star because the staff turnover here is so astronomically high it's literally in orbit. It is highly likely that no career objectives will ever be achieved here. Victims, sorry, staff of the branch offices will join and generally fall foul of the toxic environment or be managed out within 6-9 weeks. Compensation & Benefits: Salaries are below average as is the commission structure. An interesting fact here. I have seen first hand evidence that senior management are trained in diagnosing medical conditions... no, no, sorry they're not. But if they think you have a medical condition expect to receive alterations to the terms of your employment whether you agree to them or not. Cultures and Values: Interesting this one. Imagine a room full of MLM Sales Managers, or for those who have seen the movie adaptation of Roald Dahl's "The Witches", I'm referring to the vile coven of over-dressed, heavily made-up, largely mature "ladies" celebrating the arrival of Angelica Houston's "Grand High Witch" before they reveal their horrendous, vulgar real selves. This is the Senior Management. Unless you are one of these you will never fit in and be regarded as nothing other than "doggie droppings" (again to quote Roald Dahl) until you are exterminated. (For a tangible - albeit tame, as this is a public forum - example of this see the review posted from Head Office trying to single out a poor individual for posting a review, place the blame on them and admonish all responsibility on their part). Diversity & Inclusion: See "Culture & Values". Senior Management: See "Diversity & Inclusion" & "Culture & Values" Work/Life Balance: There is none. They own you. You can negotiate all you like but signing a contract of employment here is like selling your soul.
