Has their own plan for workers, especially the older ones. Management will not listen to employee problem without first judging the problem by who the employee may be. Management and other team players work to make it hard own selected employee by ignoring job problems they have, letting other workers disrespect them with distancing, language, and humiliation. Even the use of intimidation by the plant guard and employees of management favor are exercised if this will help break your job - work focus and cause you to defend yourself, not with any unwise act, but with written words expressing your problem with them and that action should logically be taken by neutral management in your favor.
