Good way to get your foot in the door, but nothing more than that.

Depressing No care for staff No training Delusional board members - think that there are no problems, or just do not care Awful pay for the work we do No project planning Bad atmosphere, everyone here hates this place Departments are understaffed and overworked - most people feel obliged to do overtime Staff join and leave within a few months.
