Pros

Super great company has everything it needs to be everything and more but needs someone to update the place to make it the best place to work.

Cons

$13.50 starting pay/ 40 hours/ No OT = 28k a year. If your hired Perm. No benefits for 90 days. WM hires over half its employees as temp with no benefits. Dress code nazi "no hoods, anything with hoods" not clear why hoods are a big deal. Leader don't dress like leader. Leaders on your shoulder non stop/ 4 call review a months/ calls come in without warning. (Better be ready.) Leaders with send you IM messages "why aren't you ready for a call" PHX office feels like a broom closet. Some desks can rise up and down why not make all desks. Seating all day sucks. Easy to get burnt out not because of the work load but because of the micro managing.

to be honest no pros.

Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
