It is an extremely toxic environment. If they like you they will put you on a pedestal, get you starbucks everyday, invite you for lunches, give you long vacations like they do with some folks in the marketing team but if they dont they will ignore your work. Or best wont give you work so you're seen as a failure in the company. They'll ask you to leave any day. ANd it's not about your performance. It's about how much the founders like you. Nothing is fair. If the founders like you then great, if they dont then your job is under immense pressure.
