      Pros

      Good office and infrastructure , every one gets a Mac to work on, a few Gems for Clients.

      Cons

      Lack of culture, utterly mismanaged, least wpp like company in the group. (SEA & India). Nightmare for vendors. No focus. Highly over priced for clients and a distinct lack of genuineness to internal and external stakeholders alike, top heavy , autocratic and over confident for no reason atleast in India.

      Flexible work environment, benefits, paid time off.

      Cons

      A lot of work. Work life balance can be difficult. Client expectations are sometimes unreasonable and leadership doesn’t set boundaries to protect teams.
