      Some fantastic people dotted around, scratch the surface and there’s huge enthusiasm to do things well

      IT leadership seems to have lost confidence. Internal trust is falling and it’s impossible to get anything done.

      Flexible work environment, benefits, paid time off.

      A lot of work. Work life balance can be difficult. Client expectations are sometimes unreasonable and leadership doesn’t set boundaries to protect teams.
