- Great co-workers, professional and hard working, wanting to do the right thing - Nice facilities - Maintains updated technology: computers, software, mobile phones, operational equipment - Managers and Directors respect abilities and capabilities of employees - Very open lines of communication, team approach, input valued - Wonderful benefits package - Truly believe in work - life balance even though we worked very long hours and had many responsibilities but directors did what they could to allow folks to take PTO as desired, sometimes had to shift desired dates but PTO was taken - Everyone strived to do the right thing and fulfill responsibilities - Totally focused on safety and environmental safeguards

- Downsized due to low energy prices and many people lost jobs - decisions made fiscal sense - No notice as to last day of work when RIF happened - understandable but disappointing - Energy industry is a roller coaster ride - success of the company is impacted how energy prices are doing but should be expected of any commodity
