      Working in financial district and seeing occasional celebrities

      Cons

      Poor work environment. Working for them they make you feel less than, it doesn’t feel good on the inside. They make you feel like a peasant. There is no office OPS is is unorganized and I can’t think of one manager that is supportive and helpful to staff

      Pros

      WSA contributes much needed funding for underrepresented and underserved youth throughout so cal.

      Cons

      This organization could do so much more. Unfortunately the BOD are pretty much hands off, so the onus is on the very small staff to make everything happen.
