Upper managements doors are always open. Feedback given on reviewed tasks is constructive and useful. Bi-annual company meetings are enjoyable.

Antiquated systems and no focus on process improvement. There seemed to be little interest in evolving the way work is done. Lack of clear literature and templates mean errors and re-work eat severely into time budgets. Time budget expectations are far too high considering the nature of how they work. WFH frowned upon and only allowed ad-hoc in dire circumstances.

- the senior leader is super unapproachable. -you feel belittle and letting down the team when you don’t stay back to complete tasks that you haven’t received adequate training on. - no WFH options for admin staff - very judgmental when you stuff up - no career opportunities - poor pay with no opportunities for pay increases - no room to give your new ideas to improve the administration team - when you resigned from your position they they isolate and alienate by either dismiss you that day or bully you by making you do mundane tasks until you leave. - Senior management seems to have no respect for long standing administration team that had left.
