Amazing co-workers but a toxic management culture - Anonymous employee WT Partnership Employee Review

General manager is incredibly toxic. Micromanages to the point where you can’t breathe, turns small things against you to threaten your career at the company, and does it all behind closed 1:1 meetings. Has made multiple people cry, but upper management turns a blind eye to it. One of the most toxic workplaces I’ve ever experienced. And yet it’s still happening. Also, they will say you can grow a career in your interview, but there is absolutely no growth at all.
