You get to have good rapport with your clients and help out with their autistic spectrum needs with the programs provided to them. For full time, you get a well deserved and reasonable pay. Your benefits kicks in after a 6 months of probationary work (like how all full time positions are). The CEO and staff are a wonderful and family oriented group environment for their employees and families.
