Back office and management seem very out of touch what it’s like working in branches or with public during the pandemic while most work from home.Policy and procedures are a moving target and feel every mess up is a gotcha moment. Team is very over worked and expected to execute everything 100% while wearing multiple titles. Management continues to push more task or expectations on team and if not positive and uplifting about it you aren’t a team player. Most days I’m #gladtobehear but this last year has been very pressing to breaking points. I love my job and working but most days feel very defeated.
