      Good for Freshers to start their carrier

      Management is worst, Useless HR department, not even responding for small issues. Confidentiality will not be maintained by HRs , dont trust HR department when you thought of joining. Team leads does not have knowledge on the what technology is working, big double game team leaders and HRs . Dont opt

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
