Cons
No management accountability. Leaders are allowed to run rough shot with little discipline. Including mismanagement of employees, discrimination, lack of communication or training. When you approach HR, they quite literally do nothing. If your fortune to get a leader to investigate corruption and abuses of power, the guilty party is moved to another account. Not terminated or disciplined, but moved to another location. The subsequent leaders and HR professionals face zero disciplinary action either. Thus the culture is toxic at best.
