      Pros

      Good people for the most part, benefits are great, and plenty of room for movement up or across departments for long term career options.

      Cons

      Pretty big company so the standard cons for any fortune 300. Lots of subsidiaries so the cross company lines arent always as unified as they need to be.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
