Open Door policy is a joke. Employees raise concerns according to the ""open door policy" with HR. rather than investigate the ongoing abusive behavior of the identified employee, HR and upper management consider the rightful complaint as an issue of the informant. They look for ways and try to dig up dirt on the informant and punish the victim, rather than address the issue. Nobody can be trusted there, unless you are apart of the exclusive brotherhood clan. If you still work there, this behavior and mindset will never change. Look for another job in order to save your sanity.
