      Tons of hours during a big project, paid drive time, per diem, see the world.

      Cons

      It gets old living out of a suitcase eventually, extremely hard to get benefits, may not have work to do in between projects.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
