Pros
Good pay for the area, nice benefits, multiple shifts. Amazing field employees. Free food often. Free parking. Great company parties.
Cons
High stress, not very diverse, management is not transparent and is often not effective. Definitely a 'good ole boy' kind of place. Lack of support. HR complaints are not taken seriously. HR needs a complete overhaul. Complaints do not remain anonymous, and there is a definite retaliation issue. People who voice concerns are often reassigned to a worse position. While most supervisors are incredibly kind and wonderful, HR seems to go out of their way to discriminate - particularly regarding the LGBTQIA+ community. Complaints against upper management were often dismissed because they have too much 'clout' to get in trouble for swearing at staff, threatening people, yelling at customers, etc. A previous 'problem' supervisor (who was defended over and over again by upper management) went on to commit a serious crime after leaving the company, which shows that management in this location cannot always be trusted to make good judgment calls. You only got 1 day of vacation for the first year of working, period. No sick days. The schedule could be flexible, but I remember fainting at my desk from high fever because I couldn't take off work to recover from illness. Sometimes people would be let go for serious offenses, then immediately hired back a month later. Only to repeat the cycle again a few months later.
