Leadership only cares about their paychecks. You will inherit accounts in poor standings, projects underbid, and contracts will insufficient financial agreements, and will be forced to answer why they are in bad standing, or underbid, or the financials are lacking when you simply inherited them. You will be asked by the leadership team that oversaw and were responsible for the accounts, projects, and contracts that were insufficient, instead of the leadership team taking responsibility and apologizing for their lack of oversight and leadership.
