      Pros

      Wachter in itself is a decent company to work for if you are able to find a niche to fill.

      Cons

      Health insurance is paid by the company, but can be a pain to find a doctor that will accept it. As a field tech the company truck is good, but GPS tracked with a "how am i driving" sticker. Easily can get the feeling of getting setup to fail often.

      Pros

      Tons of growth opportunity for people willing to invest in the company. My department has grown by 400% in the past 10 years. Lots of training provided. PM's are expected to have complete ownership of their projects.

      Cons

      Going through a digital transformation which should be good in the long term. Work life balance can be tough but it comes in waves.
