Pros
Pay is the highest I have seen in the food industry. The hours are consistently in the morning, and your schedule (barring weather emergencies) is set a year in advance. You get three ten day vacations a year.
Cons
You are responsible for a 24 hour restaurant. That means if something happens overnight that your team gets in over their head, you need to help them handle it.
